Law handles your call, scope and project. The build is done with modern AI tools, the same ones we cover every day in the Bots & Builders brief, and everything is tested against your agreed “done when…” checklist before handover.
No. We explain everything in plain English, set it up for you, and leave you with a short video showing how it works and how to make small changes.
Whatever fits your business: website chat widgets, Zapier, Make or n8n for automations, and models from the major AI providers. We’d rather use something you already pay for than add another subscription.
You do. It’s built on your accounts, and you keep the setup, the docs and the prompts. If you stop working with us, it keeps running.
Every project has a written scope. If what we deliver doesn’t do what we agreed, we keep fixing it at no extra cost. Our full refund policy is in the scope you sign before any money changes hands.
The FAQ Bot and Follow-Up Autopilot are paid upfront. Custom Agent builds are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. You’ll get a secure payment link after we agree on the scope.
Only the tools themselves (AI usage, automation plans), billed to your own accounts. For most small businesses that’s a few dollars to around $50 a month. The Care Plan is optional.
We only work inside the access you grant, never ask for passwords, and build in a “human approval” step before anything sends, pays or deletes. Tell us on the call if you handle sensitive data, and we’ll say upfront if it’s not a fit.
